At Motivon, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind or customer preference.
However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution, including a replacement or refund if approved.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or card providers may require additional processing time.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
